Medina Wilkerson – Operations Director
Medina joined Virginia Organizing as the Operations Director in April 2026. She is a Virginia native who grew up in the Valley. Medina has worked with Charlottesville non-profit organizations for 34 years, including 15 years with the Legal Aid Justice Center serving as the Financial Officer and HR/Benefits Administrator.
“I was drawn to Virginia Organizing, in part, because of the grassroots organizing and social justice. I believe in empowering people to find their voices and working with communities to bring about change. I am excited to be part of Virginia Organizing and the incredible work they do.”
